Our team is committed to making every visit to Eye and Retina Specialists smooth, welcoming and well-organised. From your first phone call to your appointments, treatment and follow-up care, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Our orthoptists and ophthalmic assistants help coordinate patient assessments, eye and cataract surgery testing and preparation for eye injection treatment, supporting a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
Khristal
Practice Manager
As an experienced member of our team, Khristal plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. With a background in nursing and medical practice management, she helps coordinate patient care, bookings and administration.
Known for her positive energy, Khristal is dedicated to helping every patient feel welcome and supported.
Outside of work, Khristal often has her hands full with basketball training.
Cassie
Ophthalmic Assistant
Cassie has returned to Eye and Retina Specialists after first joining our team in 2016. She plays an important role in the initial assessment of patients and performs ophthalmic testing.
Cassie is well known for her warm and friendly manner, helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Outside of work, Cassie is an avid reader.
Sarah
Orthoptist
Sarah has returned to Eye and Retina Specialists after first joining the clinic in 2021. She provides orthoptic care and patient assessment, helping patients feel informed and supported.
Sarah holds a Masters of Orthoptics from UTS and previously completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys snowboarding, music and exploring new food experiences.
Carina
Ophthalmic Assistant / Reception
Carina returned to Eye and Retina Specialists in 2023, having first joined the clinic in 2016. She is experienced in patient care, ophthalmic testing and administrative support.
Carina is known for her friendly approach and ability to put patients at ease with her calm and reassuring manner.
Outside of work, Carina enjoys coastal walks and spending time with her Golden Retriever.
